Welcome to Inside Out Home Inspections, the Triad's best home inspector.  My name is Brannon May, owner of Inside Out Home Inspections.  I am a Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector since April 2020.  I graduated top of my class from the Home Inspection Training Center in Burlington under Bonnie and Tom Gregory both licensed Home Inspectors and Engineers with over 40 years combined experience.  I made the conscious decision to get trained by the best to be the best.

All Home Inspections regardless of type are performed to the NC Standards of Practice and Include but are not limited to:

  • Insulation and Ventilation

As the major systems listed above are inspected, other inconsequential items may be discovered and will be included in the inspection report solely for your knowledge, so that you have a better understanding of the condition of the home you are purchasing

Radon testing can be included as part of your home inspection should you choose to add that service.  With nearly 40% of homes in the triad exceeding the EPA’s “take action to mitigate" level and the cost of mitigation systems rising. It is important to consider this service to know if the home you are purchasing is affected by this invisible odorless gas, to protect both your family's health and investment.
